The Problem

Senior living facilities need constant flooring maintenance and replacement. Each property has hundreds of units. Work orders were managed manually—phone calls, spreadsheets, paper forms. No visibility into vendor performance. No standardized pricing. Compliance documentation was chaos.

Regional managers couldn't track projects across multiple facilities. Finance couldn't reconcile invoices against work orders. Facility directors were drowning in administrative overhead.
