Flooring installation management system for national senior living providers. Built for major U.S. senior living operators to automate work orders, vendor management, scheduling, and compliance tracking.

The Problem

Senior living facilities need constant flooring maintenance and replacement. Each property has hundreds of units. Work orders were managed manually—phone calls, spreadsheets, paper forms. No visibility into vendor performance. No standardized pricing. Compliance documentation was chaos.

Regional managers couldn't track projects across multiple facilities. Finance couldn't reconcile invoices against work orders. Facility directors were drowning in administrative overhead.

The Solution

Multi-portal system connecting all stakeholders:

• Facility portal for work order creation and tracking
• Vendor portal for job acceptance and documentation
• Regional management portal for oversight and reporting
• Finance portal for invoice reconciliation
• Corporate portal for analytics and compliance

Automated workflow routing, vendor scheduling, photo documentation, compliance tracking, and invoice reconciliation. Integration with facility management systems and accounting platforms.

Built with ASP.NET C#, SQL Server, responsive web design for tablet use on job sites.
